PROBABLE CAUSE
Crossover relief valve set too low or not function-
ing properly.
Steer linkages loose.
Steer wheel toe-in not set properly.
Spindle bushings badly worn.

REMEDY
Reset, repair or replace valve as required.
Tighten linkage.
Adjust toe-in for 1/4 inch overall.
Replace bushings.
