same 24-hour zone.

Setting the DIP Switch

A 10-position DIP switch programs the C900TTL-E.
The programming depends on the application and
dialer format of the Alarm Panel to which it is
connected.
Switch positions 1 through 4, and 10 work together
to program the dialer format into the C900TTL-E.
The C900TTL-E must emulate a phone line
and a digital receiver. It must be
programmed to recognize the format sent
from the control panel.
Table 9 on page 27 and Table 10 on page 28 define
DIP switch settings and functions, and expected
digital dialer protocol for Dialer Format switches
1 through 4, and 10.
If either or both of the following conditions
exists when the alarm panel seizes the line,
any error forces the C900TTL-E to switch
the control panel dialer to the Fallback
(telephone line backup) position for two
minutes:
DIP Switch 5 is ON
DIP Switch 6 is OFF
Intercept errors are always reported to the
D6600. If the D6600 does not
acknowledge a signal that was intercepted
by the C900TTL-E in the proper amount of
time, the control panel digital dialer hangs
up and retries the message transmission.
