Route Register Programming

Routing refers to how the Controller will complete a call through the PTT.
A Route is a set of preprogrammed dialing rules that can include access codes to be used to place
a telephone call over a particular services or carrier. A Route is chosen by matching dialed digits
with a template in the Primary Search Tables. If a Route in the Controller is compared with a
Route (Trunk Group) in a PTT or PABX, then it may be helpful to think of a Call Controller
Route as a 'virtual route".
The Controller has 8 Routes (6r5 = 615, 625, 635, 645, 655, 665, 675, 685). Route numbering
starts at 0 and ends at 7.
You can specify the number of account code digits you expect the caller to dial before accessing
each route. This can be done as follows:
