Connect the telephone line.
Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the jack labeled LINE on
the left side of the MFC. Connect the other end to a modular wall jack.

Attach the wire extensions to the multi-purpose sheet feeder, and to the
document guide base.
Attach the document and paper trays to the MFC and pull out their

extensions.
