Adding an PCI Photon Twin 9 Serial Card.

For both ports on the Photon Twin 9 card we need to ADD
a port and fill in the following 5 settings in the order given.

Each Port should have the Standard button selected, each port
on the Photon Twin 9 Card is a independent serial port
Standard Settings:-

The COM Base address is the I/O address of each serial card.

The IRQ as indicated by the BBCARDS.exe program.
m
The UART on the Photon port is an enhanced 16550 called the
16950.
n
Having selected the 16950 you can then set the FIFO level at
128 bytes.
