Warranty

The manufacturer provides a warranty for operational safety, reliability and performance
under the following conditions only:
n Assembly, connection, adjustment, maintenance and repairs must be carried out by
qualified and authorised specialist personnel in compliance with all documents
supplied.
n Please follow the instructions for use in the User Manual.
Only original equipment spare parts are to be used for repairs.
n
n If metering media have been named for use in this manual, we explicitly exclude
warranty / liability if other products are used!
Our products are built, tested and certified in accordance with current
standards/guidelines. They left the factory in a safe, faultless condition.
To maintain this condition and to ensure a trouble-free operation, the user
must observe all instructions, warnings, maintenance regulations, etc. that
are contained in all the corresponding manuals and that may be attached to
the product.
The manufacturer's general warranty and service conditions apply.

Repairs / returns to Ecolab Engineering GmbH

DANGER!
Conditions for returns
Before returning all parts must be completely free of chemicals inside
and outside!
We would like to point out that only clean parts and pumps that have been
rinsed with water and are free of dosing agents can be accepted by our
customer service in order to eliminate the risk of injury to our personnel
from chemical products.
Furthermore, we request that the goods sent in are, if possible due to their
size, additionally packed in a suitable bag that prevents residual moisture
from escaping into the outer packaging. Enclose a copy of the product data
sheet of the dosing chemicals used so that our service staff can prepare for
the appropriate use of the PPE.
