Configuration of the DIP switches

f Remove the casing cover.
f Configure the DIP switches according to the valve
used (see section 10 on page 12).

Connection of the power supply

NOTICE
Damage to the stem in unmounted state
If you operate the actuator electrically
without valve, the stem may be damaged by
exceeding the defined range of extension.
f Only operate the product in mounted
state
After having connected the power supply, the
internal energy store will be charged first before
the actuator reacts.
Charging of the energy store generally has pri-
ority over the actuator functions.
