1. Remove the casing cover.

2. Connect the data lines for the Modbus and, if
required, the lines for the universal inputs according
to the assignment in Illust. 4 on page 11 an.
3. Connect the lines for the power supply according to
the assignment in Illust. 4 on page 11.
4. Connect the power supply.
Z The LED will flash green quickly.

Configuration of the DIP switches

Address 00 is always occupied by the Modbus
master.
The terminal resistance (120 Ohm) between the
two data lines (D+ and D-) is inactivated ("OFF")
or activated ("ON") via DIP switch 8.
f Make sure that both ends of the bus are
terminated by a terminal resistance.
1. Remove the casing cover.
2. Configure the DIP switches according to the desired
Modbus address.
