6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance

o Inspect the power cable regularly for damage. Never use the device if the cable is
damaged. If the power cable is damaged, have an authorised service center or
qualified electrician replace it.
o In case of damage or malfunction, please contact your stockist or our customer
service centre. Pay attention to the troubleshooting tips in pt. 7.
o Only a qualified technician and using original spare parts and accessories should
carry out repairs and maintenance of the device. Do not attempt to repair the
device yourself.

7. Possible Malfunctions

The aforementioned problems are only examples. If these or other problems
appear, turn the device off immediately and stop using it. Ask for help from
qualified specialist personnel in examining and repairing the device.
Cause
• Mains plug not plugged in
correctly.
• Current circuit breaker has
tripped.
• Power failure.
• Digital temperature
controller defective.
• Heat sources too close or
exposure to direct
sunlight.
• Poor air circulation
around the device.
• Temperature setting
incorrect.
• Device overfilled.
Remedy
• Disconnect mains plug and
insert it properly.
• Check the circuit breaker and
operation of the device at
diferent socket.
• Check the power supply.
• Contact a dealer.
• Provide sufficient distance
between the device and heat
sources.
• Provide sufficient distance
from the walls or other objects.
• Check settings, set lower
temperature.
• Avoid overfilling of the device,
remove excess food from the
device.
