CAUTION!
The control box (front panel) should never be wet cleaned or submerged in water.
Do not allow moisture to penetrate the interior. Before assembling, dry all elements.
o Thoroughly clean the cover, frying baskets and housing using a mild detergent and
warm water.
o The control panel, surface of the device and power cord should only be cleaned with
a damp cloth and detergent. Do not allow moisture to get inside the control box. This
may cause the occurrence of dangerous creeping currents and the malfunction of the
device.
o Do not use harsh cleaners or abrasive materials, as they may damage the fryer.
Heavily soiled items can be briefly soaked.
o Thoroughly dry all elements. Reassemble the device.
o When the device not used for long periods, it should be stored in a dry place. Protect
against aggressive vapors and gases.

6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance

o Check the mains connection cable for damage from time to time. Never operate the
device when the cable is damaged. A damaged cable must immediately be replaced
by customer service or a qualified electrician to avoid dangers.
o When you encounter damages or failures contact your specialist dealer or our
customer service. Pay attention to the troubleshooting tips in pt. 7.
o Only qualified experts may perform repair and maintenance work on the device using
original replacement and accessory parts. Never attempt to repair the device
yourself!
