My Fisher plow is brand new. When I try to attach the HT blade, and put the joy stick in float mode, I still can not raise the headlight bar to activate the pins.

The joystick in float mode does not interfere with the ability to raise the headlight bar to activate the pins on the Fisher Engineering SNOWPLOW. The float mode only affects the blade movement, allowing it to follow the contour of the ground. If the headlight bar cannot be raised, the issue is likely unrelated to the float mode and may involve mechanical or alignment problems with the headlight bar or pins.
