1.2.1.3 Crew Mode Button
The crew mode button switches from the home screen to
the cooking mode (see Figures 2 and 3).
1.2.1.4 Menus Button
The menus button is used to set up multiple menus with
specific products such as fry station, chicken, other products,
breakfast, lunch or changeover menus (See Figure 4).
1.2.1.5 Recipes Button
The recipes button allows editing or adding of products
(see Figure 5).
1.2.1.6 Settings Button
The settings button allows access to edit the settings of the
fryer (see Figure 6).
1.2.1.7 Service Button
The service button allows access to service functions in the
fryer (see Figure 7).
During programming and other functions if no activity
occurs within one minute, the controller returns to the
previous operation mode.
