Setup Instructions - J&M Torsion Flex Manual

If your J&M Torsion-Flex Soil Conditioner is shipped with components partially assembled. Hardware is required to connect
the Base Wheel Assembly, Main Base Frame Assembly, Wing Frames and Tongue Assembly should already be secured to the
components at the point of attachment.
The hydraulic cylinders have the fittings already installed and are secured to the base wheel assembly. The hydraulic hoses and
light harness wires should be inserted into the component tubing and simply require the ends to be connected.
Each basket frame should have the rolling baskets and torsion flex arm installed. Refer to the Basket Size and Layout, located on
the right side of the chart on page 5 of the Operator's Manual for recommended basket layout. Be sure the baskets with the 3" x 3"
Torsion Bars are secure to the Main Base Unit and the baskets with the smaller 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" Torsion Bars are secured to the side
wings.
