• Front & Rear Axle
Secure the front and rear axle to the frame
bars. Use (8) 1/2" x 4" zinc hex bolts and (8) 1/2"
centerlock hex nuts to install each axle. Tighten
all of the hex nuts.
• Wheels & Tires
Install all four tires. Attach the tires using (6) 1/2"
lugnuts. Tighten lugnuts in a star pattern to 120 ft-lbs
according to the figure below.
• Tongue Assembly
Install the tongue assembly. Attach the tongue
to the main frame using a 1-1/4" x 11-3/4"
pin weldment and a 1-1/4" hex nut. Tighten
hardware once installed.
Install the tongue spring. Raise the adjustable
portion of the tongue in the air to assist in
installing the tongue spring.
