10. Troubleshooting

Refer to Status indication for the description of the LED indications of the wallbox.

Ignoring an error indicated on the wallbox may result in the risk of electric shock,

10.1. Error states of the wallbox

Charging possible
— Connect the wallbox to the vehicle

to start the wallbox.
Charging not possible
— Check that the power supply to the wallbox

is switched on at the power supply cabinet.
Charging not possible
— Have the HMI cable checked

for a proper connection.
Charging possible
Due to high temperature, the wallbox only allows
charging at a lower power. When the wallbox has
cooled down, it will resume charging at the
maximum power.
