10. TROUBLESHOOTING

Refer to Status indication for the description of the LED indications of the wallbox.
Danger
Operating damaged electric devices will result in the risk of electric shock, which will
cause severe injury or death.
▶ Troubleshooting must only be done by a qualifi ed electrician unless otherwise
stated.

Ignoring an error indicated on the wallbox may result in the risk of electric shock, which
can cause injury or death.
▶ If any of the listed errors persists, get in contact with your customer support at
skoda-support@elli.eco to get further advice and to avoid damage to your wallbox.
