Removal of Equipment Panels
Maintenance and cleaning must be
performed by trained and authorized
personnel only. Said personnel shall
bear all responsibility for their
proper implementation.

Equipment must be separated from
the electric power lines prior to any
maintenance work. Gas supply and
flow and return must be shut off.

Maintenance shall be performed once
a year. The cleaning of the heat
exchanger can be voided in case of
minor dirt accumulation but must be
performed at least every 2 years.

Disassembly of Boiler Panels
A sealing profile is located between
the front hood (2) and the boiler pa-
nel. For assembly and disassembly of
the front hood, remove the Allen bolt
(1) while exerting some pressure
against the front hood.
Fold front panel forward and pull up-
ward out of the retainer clips (3).
Pull off top panel upward.
Remove side panels (4+5) to the bot-
tom right and left from the retainer
clips (6) and take off at the top via the
two fastening tongues (7).
