To handle AWU service for a guest, follow the steps in Procedure 27:

The staff dials the staff access DN.
Please enter the password, followed by the number sign.

Enter the password on the telephone keypad.
To order Do Not Disturb, press 1. To order Wake Up, press 2.
To customize your greeting, press 3. To exit, press 4.

Press 2.
Please enter the room's phone number, followed by the number sign.

Enter the guest's room phone number, followed by the number sign.
Hospitality Integrated Voice Services checks the room's status for AWU.

Order, modify, or cancel AWU for the guest the same way a guest does.
