Backplane connections through the Ethernet adapter

An Ethernet interface on the Hospitality Integrated Voice Services card is
available at the I/O panel by installing the Ethernet adapter. See Figure 4 on
page 29
and Figure 5 on
This adapter provides an Ethernet RJ-45 connector and a DB-9 connector.
The RJ-45 connector provides multiple terminal access to the Hospitality
Integrated Voice Services card (either from the CLI or the BUI) through the
LAN. The DB-9 connector provides serial connections to a maintenance
terminal and a BGD terminal. There are two versions of the Ethernet adapter:
