Chapter 12: Browser

Your telephone includes WML Web browser capability to use additional applications though the telephone.
The applications available through the Web browser vary depending upon how your telephone is
configured. Contact your system administrator with any questions.
Access the browser through the Avaya Menu. If you do not see the Browser option on the Avaya Menu,
no Web applications are available for your phone.

Navigating Web pages

You can navigate Web pages using a combination of buttons, softkeys, and links.
About this task
Because your system administrator can customize browser options for specific business use,
not all actions described may apply, or not all actions available to you may be described.
Customized features and applications are not described in this guide.

• To select a line:
a. Scroll to a line on the display.
b. When the line is highlighted, press OK to select that line.
• To select a Web link:
a. When you see a link you want to select, scroll to it.
b. Press OK.

- Use the up and down navigation arrows to scroll up or down through the lines
displayed.
- Use the right and left navigation arrows to go to other screens when indicated by
the Prompt Line or to move the cursor right or left when entering text or
numbers.

- Scroll to the line area enclosed in brackets [ ] and press the appropriate dialpad
keys.
