D - MAINTENANCE
1. ENTRETIEN
Pour ouvrir le PRESTOTIG 165 : (
☞ enlever les vis de fixation du capot (ATTENTION : il y a une vis à l'arrière
du générateur),
☞ tirer le capot suivant le sens de la flèche.
ATTENTION : même si l'interrupteur du poste est coupé, le câble
reste sous tension. Avant toute intervention, débrancher le poste du
secteur.
Contrôler régulièrement selon la fréquence et les conditions d'utilisation du poste (au
moins 1 fois par an) :
☞ la propreté du PRESTOTIG 165,
☞ les connecteurs électriques et les raccords gaz,
☞ le serrage des écrous et boulons des connexions électriques.
Il est recommandé de souffler fréquemment à l'air sec, ou à défaut d'air sec, par un jet
de gaz de protection, toutes les parties dont la propreté est douteuse.

To open the PRESTOTIG 165 : (
☞ remove the cover screws (CAUTION : there's a screw on the back),
☞ pull the rear handle in the direction or the arrow.
CAUTION : even when the set switch has been turned off, the primary
cable still carries current. Before undertaking any work, disconnect the
set from the mains.
Periodically, depending on the amount the equipment is used, inspect (minimum once
/ year) :
☞ cleanliness of PRESTOTIG 165,
☞ electronic and gas connections,
☞ nut and bolt connections are well tightened.
It is recommended to frequently clean by blowing with dry air, on in the absence of dry
air, with stream of shielding gas, parts which could be dirty.
