HIGHLANDER II VERTICAL PLATFORM LIFTS:
HIGHLANDER II: SECTION 6
TROUBLESHOOTING
Pit switch or OSG triggered. If pit switch, lift will not
function until switch changes state. Service is required if
it is the OSG switch.
Lift will not function. Major Fault. Service is required.
Lift out of service. Service is required after a flood
event.
Lift out of service. Service is required for periodic
maintenance.
Lift out of service. Lift travel time exceeded average by
2X. Service is required.
Lift out of service. Safety nut switch is triggered.
Service is required.
Lift out of service. Final limit switch is triggered. Service
is required.
Lift out of service. Top landing switch did not change
state when platform should have moved off landing.
Service is required.
Lift out of service. Mid landing switch did not change
state when platform should have moved off landing.
Service is required.
Lift out of service. Bottom landing switch did not
change state when platform should have moved off
landing. Service is required.
Lift out of service. Motor current is 0 Amps while going
up. Service is required.
Lift temporarily out of service. Motor temperature
is Very Hot. Lift will not function until the motor has
cooled.
