In the system main screen, press 'Setup' button, the
system enter into the system setup screen, in parameter
setup mode, each screen can be switched to this screen
through the system setup button.The contents and
functions of the system setup screen are as follows:
1. Basic setup of servo valve
• Products type: this control box supports servo
valves of type 1053-1', 1053-2', 1093 and PD44, if it
is needed.
• Metering rod size setup: set the diameter of
metering rod section. For both 1053 and 1093 servo
valves, only one metering rod diameter is required.
For PD44 servo valve, need to input A and B two
metering rod diameter.
2. Supplier setup
• Tank supply mode: the control box monitors the
status signal of high and low liquid level.
• Cartridges/Syringes supply mode: the control box
monitors the empty feed status signal.
3. Reload speed setup
Set the reloading speed and 'Extend' operations are
also performed at this speed.

4. Reload type setup
• Reload after each shot: the system automatically
completes the reloading after each shot.
• Reload after multi shot: the system automatically
completes the reloading after multi shot. If only the
small shot is needed, the system needn't to be
reloaded after each shot. Or the customer don't
have signal to control the reloading, they can
choose this function. When the system is in
automatic operation mode, if select Shot mode, this
option enable, if select Bead mode, the effect of this
option is same as 'Reload after each Shot'.
• Manual/Cust signal reload: when the external signal
sends out the instruction, the system carries on the
reloading.

In the setup mode, each screen can be switched to this
screen through the style setup button. There are two
screens of style setup to set eight styles.
