Pressure Relief Procedure; Shutdown - Graco PD44 Setup And Operation

Pressure Relief Procedure

Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure whenever
you see this symbol.
This equipment stays pressurized until pressure is
manually relieved. To help prevent serious injury from
pressurized fluid, such as skin injection, splashing
fluid and moving parts, follow the Pressure Relief
Procedure when you stop dispensing and before
cleaning, checking, or servicing the equipment.
1. Turn main air supply valve to the off position. This
will bleed air from the system.
2. Close PD44 air supply valve to relief air from PD44.
3. Perform supply system pressure relief procedure,
see related manuals on page 2.
4. Perform air regulator pressure relief procedure, see
related manuals on page 2.

Shutdown

1. Press emergency stop button to close control box.
2. Twist emergency stop switch to reset.
3. Perform whole system pressure relief procedure,
see related manuals on page 2.
4. Perform supply system shutdown procedure, see
related manuals on page 2.
5. Perform dispense valve shutdown procedure, see
related manuals on page 2.
