In the system main screen, press 'Manual' button,the
system enter into the manual operation screen. In this
screen, the operator can perform all functions manually.
1. Parameter setting of flow rate and target volume
2. Progress bar, target dispensing volume and actual
dispense volume
• Shot mode: the progress bar displays the
completion of the current target, and displays the
current dispensing volume.
• Bead mode: the progress bar always displays
100%. The current dispensing volume is the same
as the target dispensing volume.
3. Control mode selection
• Shot mode: the system according to the dispensing
volume and flow rate on the manual operation
parameters setting screen, to complete the
dispensing. In this mode, the operator only needs to
press the 'Dispense' button, and the system will
automatically start to dispense and automatically
closes the dispense valve after completing the
target dispensing volume.
• Bead mode: the system according to the dispensing
flow rate on the manual operation parameters
setting screen, to complete the dispensing.In this
mode, the operator needs to press and hold the
'Dispense' button until the dispensing is completed.
Note: The operating mode cannot be switched during
the dispensing process of the system.
4. Operation button
• 'Home/Reload' button: this is a function overlay
button.
- When the system has just started and the Home
operation has not yet started, press this button to
perform the Home operation, and the button will
blink until the slider returns to the Home point, and
then the button will remain on until the next
operation is started.
- when the system and the Home operation are
carried out, press this button to perform the
reloading. The operator shall hold down the button
for more than 200 ms, and the system will
automatically perform the reload operation until the
reloading is completed. During this process, the
button flashes until it is complete.
• 'Extend' button: before the system stops using for a
long time, click this button to make the metering rod
immersed into the cavity.The Extend button
operates basically the same as the Home button.
• 'Dispense' button: the system starts to dispense.

• 'Purge' button: the system according to the pre-set
purge volume and flow rate to complete the purging.
In manual mode, the operator only needs to press
the button, and the system will automatically start
the purging and automatically close the dispense
valve after completing the target purging volume.
• 'Reset' button: the system will stop and display the
button when motor drive alarm, emergency stop
trigger, improper parameter setting and other
abnormalities occur.The operator needs to press
the button to reset the control box.
