When the control box is powered on, the system
automatically enter into the main screen of automatic
operation.
1. Control mode selection
• Shot mode: the system according to the selected
style of the specified dispensing volume and flow
rate, to complete the dispensing. In this mode, the
master station only needs to send out the start
signal of more than 200 ms, and the system
automatically starts to dispense, and automatically
closes the dispense valve after completing the
target dispensing volume.
• Bead mode: the system according to the selected
style of the specified dispensing flow rate, to
complete the dispensing. In this mode, the master
station needs to maintain the start signal until the
dispensing is completed.
Note: The operating mode cannot be switched during
the dispensing process of the system.
2. Style settings and specified shot size and shot rate
• The style setting modes includes two modes:
external signal control mode and local operation
panel control mode. The style setting mode is
specified in the advanced settings of the parameter
setting screen.The system provides 0-7, a total of 8
groups of style settings. The external control system
or the operator can choose different style settings
according to the process requirements.
• The system will display the shot size and shot rate
of the selected style in this area.
3. Progress bar and actual dispense volume
• Shot mode: the progress bar displays the
completion of the current target, and displays the
current dispensing volume.
• Bead mode: the progress bar always displays
100%. The current dispensing volume is the same
as the target dispensing volume.
4. Current status display
• Standby means that the system is not doing any
work, there is no failure or alarm.
• In dispense means that the system is in the process
of dispensing.
• In reload means that the system is in the process of
reloading.
• In purge means that the system is in the process of
purging.
5. 'Home' button
Return to the Home point command button. When this
button is pressed, the system must be inactive.After
pressing the button to start the Home operation, the
button will blink until the rod returns to the Home point,
and then the button will remain on until the next
operation is started.
6. 'Extend' button
The Extend operation is used to immerse the metering
rod fully into the chamber before the system stops in
use for a long time.The Extend button operates basically
the same as the Home button.
