Grounding

The equipment must be grounded to reduce the risk
of static sparking and electric shock. Electric or static
sparking can cause fumes to ignite or explode.
Improper grounding can cause electric shock.
Grounding provides an escape wire for the electric
current.
Grounding plug: this product is equipped with a cord
having a grounding wire with an appropriate grounding
plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is
properly installed and grounded in accordance with all
local codes and ordinances.
Hard-wires units: ground wire must be used.All
electrical wiring must be done by a qualified electrician
and comply with all local codes and regulations.
Air and fluid hoses: use only electrically conductive
hoses to ensure grounding continuity.
Fluid supply container: follow local code.
Solvent pails used when flushing: follow local code.
Use only conductive metal pails, placed on a grounded
surface. Do not place the pail on a nonconductive
surface, such as paper or cardboard, which interrupts
grounding continuity.

Setup and Startup

1. Use cable to connect remote I/O, sensor, servo
motor and Control Box correctly.
2. Connect power line and Control Box.
3. Adjust the pressure regulating valve so that the air
pressure provided by the customer is at least 80 psi
(0.6 MPa, 6 bar), and no higher than 100 psi (0.7
MPa, 7 bar).
4. Press "Power" button.
