6.3 Information and warning messages

The information messages in the table below are shown in the
Speak to your Husqvarna representative if the same message shows frequently.

Low battery
Cutting system imbalance
Connectivity problems
Wrong PIN code
Ultrasonic problem
GPS navigation problem

Cause
The product cannot find the charging sta-
tion.
The battery is at the end of its life cycle.
The charging station's antenna is defec-
tive.
The product has discovered vibrations in
the cutting disc.
Problem with the Automower ®
module.
An incorrect PIN code has been entered.
5 tries are permitted, and the product is
then blocked for a period of time.
Temporary electronic or firmware related
issue in the product.

Action
The product has no accurate position
and cannot find the charging station.
There is an obstacle preventing the prod-
uct to find the charging station.
Replace the battery. Refer to
page 26 .
Check if the indicator lamp in the charg-
ing station flashes red. Refer to
cator lamp on the charging station on
page 34 . This problem requires action
by authorized service technician.
Make sure that the blades and screws
are not damaged and not worn. Make
sure that all blades are correctly attach-
ed. Make sure that there is only one
blade attached in each position on the
blade disc.
Connect Restart the product. If there still is a con-
nection problem, try to unpair the product
(My mowers) and then pair it again. If the
problem remains, speak to your local
Husqvarna representative.
Enter the correct PIN code. If the PIN
code is incorrect, use the link in the app
to send the PIN code to your registered
e-mail address. If you have not regis-
tered the e-mail address, speak to your
local Husqvarna representative.
Restart the product.
If the problem stays, speak to your ap-
proved servicing dealer.
