Description
The settings, which are necessary to use a vision sensor, are displayed in the order so that the settings can be
made easily.
To select a vision sensor to set.
An image to set determination conditions can be specified as well.
To select a vision sensor to set, and establish a connection.
To specify an image to be used for setting determination conditions. The image is specified by importing an
image reflected to a vision sensor, or specifying an image file saved in a personal computer.
To set conditions to determine the image captured with a vision sensor.
To make settings to determine whether there is a location that matches the set feature.
To set a feature.
To make settings to determine whether the feature that has been set is satisfied.
The shape and quantity of products can be inspected.
To make settings for judging the presence/absence of features.
To make settings for measuring the distance, diameter, angle, and dimension of a feature.
To make settings for counting features.
To make settings for identifying and verifying a feature and color.
To make settings for creating a geometrical figure.
To make settings for calculation processing or processing based on a logic by combining results set with
multiple tools.
To make settings for creating a conditionally enabled graphics that can be placed onto an image.
To make settings for enhances an image or region of an image for image analysis.
To make settings for detecting a defect in an inspection target.
To make settings for creating a calibration that can be shared among jobs.
To set an output method for the determination results of the images that were acquired.
To set input and output data.
To make settings for communication between a vision sensor and an external device such as a programmable
controller according to the specified method.
To save settings and check operations.
To check the images saved in the vision sensor and the results of capture, or check the images saved in the
personal computer.
To save settings to a vision sensor.
To operate a vision sensor based on the settings made in prior steps. The operation can also be checked.
The functions of iQ Sensor Solution can be performed using an engineering tool.
For details on the iQ Sensor Solution functions, refer to the following manual.
iQ Sensor Solution Reference Manual
To detect connected vision sensors.
To make In-Sight Explorer to start from an engineering tool.
To perform programming using spreadsheet in In-Sight Explorer. Spreadsheet is suitable for creating a
complex vision application because spreadsheet has higher flexibility in setting than EasyBuilder.
