16. Remove the six screws.

17. Insert screwdrivers from the left and the right holes
until screwdriver tips contact the metallic portion of
the bracket. Move the two screwdrivers at the same
time in the direction of arrow A so that the MB-947
assembly is pushed in the direction of arrow B.

Perform the replacement work while taking care so
that the screwdriver tip must not touch any electrical
components.

18. Remove the two step screws (M3) and remove the CN-
1830 board.

When the CN-1830 is removed, the insulating sheet
and the bracket drop at the same time. Be careful not
to lose them.
19. Remove the holder and remove the CN-1830 board
from the connector on the MB-947 board.

. 11 pieces of the CN-1830 board are used. All of them
can be removed in the same way.
. The slots 3, 5, 7 and 9 are equipped with the dust cover.
When removing the CN-1830 board from these slots,
remove the dust cover first.
