6.4. Verlegung der Auslauf-/Dränage-
rohrleitung
• Die Auslauf-/Dränagerohrleitung mit einer Abwärtsneigung (1/100 oder
mehr) verlegen.
• Für Auslaufrohrleitungen VP-20 (O.D. ø26 PVC-ROHR).
• Der Auslaufschlauch kann mit einem Messer auf die Gegebenheiten
vor Ort zugeschnitten werden.
• Beim Anschluß des VP-20 den Auslaufstopfen 1, der als Zubehör
geliefert wurde, verwenden. Den Stopfen mit Vinylchlorid-Kleber am
Rohr befestigen, so daß keine Flüssigkeit austritt.
• Die Auslauf-/Dränagerohrleitung nicht direkt an einen Ort leiten, an
dem sich schwefelhaltiges Gas bilden kann (z.B.eine Kanalisation).
• Vergewissern, daß aus den Auslauf-/Dränagerohrverbindungen kein
Wasser austritt.
• Wenn die Auslauf-/Dränagerohrleitung im Inneren von Räumen ver-
läuft, sie mit einer handelsüblichen Isolierung (Polyäthylenschaum mit
einem spezifischen Gewicht von 0,03 und einer Stärke von 9 mm oder
mehr) umwickeln und die Fläche mit Klebeband abdecken. Dadurch
wird verhindert, daß Luft in die Rohrleitung gelangt und sich Kondens-
wasser bildet.

6.4. Drainage Piping Work

• Install the drain pipe so that it slopes downward (1/100 or more).
• Use VP-20 (O.D. ø26 PVC TUBE) for the drain pipes.
• The drain hose can be cut with a knife to match on-site requirements.
• When connecting to the VP-20, use the accessory drain socket 1.
Securely fasten the socket to the pipe with vinyl chloride type adhesive
so that it doesn't leak.
• Do not insert the drain pipe directly into a location where sulfur-con-
taining gas is likely to be generated (i.e. a sewer).
• Make sure that no water leaks from the drain pipe joint.
• If the drain pipe passes through an indoor area, wrap commercially
available insulation (polyethylene foam of specific gravity 0.03 with a
thickness of 9 mm or more) around it and cover the surface with tape.
This will prevent air from entering and condensation from forming.

6.4. Installation des tuyaux d'évacuation.
• Installer le tuyau d'évacuation de façon à ce qu'il soit orienté vers le
bas(1/100 ou plus).
• Utiliser le VP-20 (Diamètre extérieur ø26, TUBE PVC) pour les tuyaux
d'évacuation.
• Le tuyau flexible d'évacuation peut être coupé à l'aide d'un couteau
pour correspondre aux besoins sur place.
Lors de la connexion au VP-20, utiliser la douille d'évacuation 1. Atta-
•
cher fermement la douille au tuyau avec un adhésif du type chlorure
de vinyle pour éviter toute fuite.
• Ne pas insérer le tuyau d'évacuation directement dans un endroit où
du gaz contenant du soufre pourrait être produit (par example les
égouts).
• Vous assurer qu'il n'y a aucune fuite d'eau au joint du tuyau d'évacua-
tion.
• Si le tuyau d'évacuation passe dans un endroit à l'intérieur de l'habita-
tion, l'envelopper d'un isolant (mousse polyéthylène d'une gravité spé-
cifique de 0,03 et d'une épaisseur de 9 mm ou plus) et en recouvrir la
surface de ruban. Cela empêchera l'air d'entrer et la condensation de
se former.
