② T o start mountaineering recording, press and hold Button Ⓔ with the target
mountaineering plan displayed. Hold down the button continuously after REC
HOLd appears. When the outer circumference graphic rotates once, re-
cording is started, and the REC mark blinks.
※If a mountaineering plan is selected, on the screen the PLAN mark turns on.
T o start recording without a mountaineering plan, press Button Ⓒ and press and hold
Button Ⓑ with --- displayed. Then, the PLAN mark is not turned on.
T o complete recording, press and hold Button Ⓔ during mountaineering recording.
Hold down the button continuously after STOP HOLd appears. When the outer
circumference graphic rotates once, recording is completed, and the REC mark
is turned off . A record number (LOG) is set for the recorded contents, and a maxi-

mum of 10 mountaineering records are stored in the body. When the number of
records exceeds 10, the records are automatically deleted from the oldest one.
※ T he mountaineering records are automatically sent to the application and stored when
synchronization of settings except for automatic time synchronization is performed.

※ O ne mountaineering record can be recorded for up to 24 hours, including pauses. When
24 hours have passed, a stop sound beeps, and measurement is completed automatically.
※ T o fi nish mountaineering recording during a pause, press and hold Button Ⓔ. When STOP HOLd appears
and the outer circumference graphic rotates once, the REC mark is turned off , and recording is completed.
※The climbing speed is not shown while you stop the mountaineering record temporarily.
