LED lights when a signal of any kind is forced.
Fix Reset" button to delete all active forcings
When the LED lights, program execution is stopped and all outputs are
reset to zero.
In RUN mode the program is executed.

When remanency is activated, the remanent markers,timers and count
ers are buffered by the buffer battery in case of power failure.
