2.2 Setting channel bandwidth Limit
Assuming that the input signal is a 40MHz sinusoidal signal connected to CH1. Press
CH1I and then press F2 to set BW Limit as Full Bandwidth, the channel bandwidth
becomes full bandwidth, there will be not any bandwidth limited to CH1. And, you can see
all the high-frequency component in measured signal as waveform displayed is shown in
the figure below.

Press F2 to set the BW Limit as 20MHz, the noises or high-frequency component
over 20MHz in measured signal shall be attenuated, waveform display shown in figure
below.

2.3 Setting probe Rate

In order to cooperate with attenuation coefficient setting of probe, it is required to set
the probe attenuation coefficient in channel function menu. If the probe attenuation
coefficient is 10:1, the probe coefficient in channel function menu shall be set to be 10×
and vice-versa.
