Under normal conditions, the unit is resistant against electro-

In extreme cases faults cannot be ruled out. However, no dan-
gerous operating states for the patient or the user will result
from this.
Equipment such as monitors could be disturbed by magnetic
fields (e.g., MR unit). To some extent they can also interfere
with ECG and EEG units. (→ System Owner Manual)
Interior parts of the system carry voltage as long as the system

is connected to the power supply.
CAUTION
The system carries hazardous voltage!

Never open components of the system.
Leave all repairs to Siemens Service.
Ensure that no objects (e.g., necklaces, paperclips etc.) or

shock, short circuit).
