- Page 3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 2 Slide the Rails (3) over the brackets on the Legs. Ensure that the holes at the ends of the Rails are at the top of the Rails. Depending on the SPIRE model that you are building, the Rails may differ in length.
