COMPONENT PART QUANTITIES FOR UNIT SIZE VARIATIONS (TABLE 1) ITEM W 800 x H 740 mm W 1000 x H 740 mm W 800 x H 1000mm W 1000 x H 1000 mm W 800 x H 1200 mm W 1000 x H 1200 mm TOOLS REQUIRED BEFORE YOU BEGIN... - Page 3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3 The Top (5) will have an aluminium Track (12) screwed into it for safe keeping, unscrew the Track and retain the Screws (31). STEP 4 Slide the four Running Parts (14) in the Track, two in each groove. All must face the same way.
- Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 5 Attach the Top and the Base to the Sides/Back/Lintel you built earlier. Stand the unit upright. STEP 6 Screw the Bottom Guides (15) to the Base, with the Screws (31) on the inside. If you are fitting a Shelf, this is the easiest point to do that.
- Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 8 Each Door has a groove in the bottom of it. The left hand Door must be fitted first. Looking at the Track and Runners beneath the Top, ensure that the front groove has two runners in the left hand half of the Track and that they run easily.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 9 To adjust the Doors up or down, find the height adjustment thumbscrew in the Runner that you identified earlier and rotate it with your finger. To remove the Doors, feel the Runner and find the two flexible tabs you identified earlier.
