The battery pack should only be removed from the handset by depressing the
battery retaining clip at the top of the battery and lifting the battery out of the
handset. (Note: handsets should always be powered off prior to removing the
battery pack.)

Inserting the battery pack into a dual charger:

Insert the bottom of the battery first. Ensure the three tabs along the bottom of the
battery pack line up with the three notches in the battery charging cavity of the dual
charger's rear slot.
