Prior to cleaning or commissioning the
plant:
Check the tightness and the function of

the butterfl y valve (close and reopen the
butterfl y valve).
If the plant is new and after repairs rinse

the piping system with a fully opened
butterfl y valve (to remove any harmful
foreign matter).
Cleaning:
The plant operator is responsible for

selecting the cleaning material and
performing the procedure.

wear.

Disassembly is performed observing

installation.
