Ignition safety
Your wok is equipped with a thermo-
electric flame failure monitor. If a gas
flame is extinguished, e.g. by food boil-
ing over or by a draught, and re-ignition
does not work, the gas supply is
switched off. This prevents the release
of gas. If you turn the control to the
position, the burner is ready for use
again.
