Instructions fail to include the fact that the communication system is switched off when the red light is on. Further as to why the red light appears is not given and what to do when it is on. Does the communication system fail to work properly if the filters need cleaning. The instructions only deal with setting up and are totally inadequate for dealing with the communication in operation . For example, how magnetic should the pots be for the communication system to work properly. Pots maybe lose their magnetism with use?. Why not have a subsystem to test them?
Why don't you have an on line help line? We have abandon using the system as its behaviour is unpredictable - switching on and off randomly. Disappointing product, disappointing manual and service
