Enabled — This check box allows you to enable or disable a

connection without deleting it and thus losing the connection
details. Check this box to enable a connection. Clear this box
to disable the connection and disconnect the user.
Additionally there are three buttons outside the table:
Help — displays the online help page for this screen.

Refresh — updates the contents of the window allowing you
I
to see the current status of connections.
New — creates a new PPTP user. See
I
PPTP Users"
below.
Adding and Editing PPTP Users
This screen allows you to add new PPTP Users and to edit
existing ones. When you have created a user account the user
will need to know the User Name and Password you have given
them.

The New PPTP User screen and the Edit PPTP User screen contain
the same fields. These are:
User Name — Each user is named. This name is used to

identify the connection.

Description — A text description of the user that enables you

to identify their account.
Password — The Password that the user will need to supply

to connect.
Click the Add/Apply button to save your changes or the Close
button to return without saving.
The System Tools menu includes four administration items:
Restart, Time Zone, Configuration, and Upgrade. See
Pressing the Restart the Gateway button has the same effect as
power cycling the unit. No configuration information will be lost
but the log files will be erased. This function may be of use if
you are experiencing problems and you wish to re-establish your
Internet connection.
