• Vapauta sahanterän lukitus (11) ja käännä käsipyörää

(12) kunnes osoitin (15) osoittaa oikeaan kulmaan

asteikossa (14).

• Kulman osoitinta (15) voidaan säätää tarkistettaessa

sahanterän kulman tarkkuutta. Aseta kulma sahanterää

vasten sahan ollessa poissa päältä ja irrotettuna virta-

lähteestä. Säädä käsipyörää, kunnes sahanterä on kul-

man suuntaisesti. Aseta sitten osoitin kohtaan 0°.

• Lukitse säädön jälkeen.

Varoitus: Katkaise virta ja irrota saha virtalähteestä ennen

minkäänlaisten säätöjen tai huoltotoimenpiteiden suorit-

tamista tai sahanterän vaihtamista.

Käytä hansikkaita, kun käsittelet sahanteriä.

• Käännä korkeussäätöratasta, kunnes sahanterä on kor-

keimmassa asennossaan.

• Poista sahanterän suojus (17).

• Poista penkkielementti (12).

• Käytä sahanteräavainta sahanteräruuvin avaamiseksi

kääntämällä vastapäivään (kierre oikealle).

• Pidä karaa 13 mm mutteriavaimella (ei sisälly toimi-

tukseen).

• Poista ulkopuolen laippa ja irrota sahanterä.

• Puhdista molemmat laipat huolellisesti ennen kuin

asennat uuden terän.

• Asenna ja kiinnitä sahanterä paikalleen seuraamalla

ohjeita päinvastaisessa järjestyksessä.

Varoitus: Huomaa sahanterän pyörimissuunta. Hampai-

den leikkauspinnan tulee osoittaa pyörimissuuntaan, eli

eteenpäin (katso nuoli sahanterässä).

• Asenna sahanterän suojus paikalleen.

• Ennen kuin käytät sahaa, varmista, että kaikki turva-

laitteet toimivat oikein. Tärkeää: asentamisen jälkeen

tarkista pyörittämällä sahanterää käsin, että se pääsee

pyörimään vapaasti.

• Kytke saha virtalähteeseen ja anna sen käydä hetki

ennen sahaamisen aloittamista.

Työvaihe: Säädä halkaisuvaste niin, että se vastaa käsit-

• Loosen the saw blade lock (11) and turn the handle

(12) until the indicator (15) points to the correct angle

on the scale (14).

• The angle indication (15) can be adjusted when check-

ing the angle accuracy of the saw blade. Hold an angle

against the saw blade when the machine is switched

off and the power supply unit is disconnected. Adjust

the handle until the saw blade is parallel to the angle.

Then, move the indicator to 0° on the scale.

• Lock after adjusting.

Warning: Switch the machine off and disconnect the pow-

er supply unit before making any adjustments or carrying

out maintenance works, or replacing the saw blade.

Wear gloves when handling the saw blade.

• Turn the height adjusting crank until the saw blade

reaches its highest position.

• Remove the saw blade protector.

• Remove the bench insert.

• Use the saw blade key to loosen the saw blade screw

by turning in counter-clockwise direction (right-handed

threat).

• Fix the spindle with a 13mm flat-end wrench (not in-

cluded in the delivery).

• Remove the outer flange and pull the saw blade off.

• Clean both flanges carefully before mounting a new

saw blade.

• Mount and secure the saw blade in reversed order.

Caution: Observe the rotating direction of the saw

blade. The cutting edge of the saw teeth must point

in the direction of movement, i.e. forwards (see arrow

on the saw blade).

• Re-attach the saw blade protector.

• Before working with the saw, make sure that all safe-

ty equipment is functioning. Important note: After

mounting, make sure that the saw blade moves freely

by turning it manually.

• Connect the saw to the mains voltage and let it run

idle, before starting to cut.
