- Along the top of the graph are options to view other data in the recording such as rail height track
gauge, super elevation, twist, and Measurement Device speed. The plot of rail height can be used
to compare the rail profile before and after maintenance. The plot of rail height shows the height of
the rail relative to a straight line that intersects the starting position and the ending position of the
trolley as it was used to measure the rail.
