Turn ON when the writing of the pre-set values finished.
Before turning OFF, make sure the [Command processing request 1] is OFF.
It is the same function as "/ M command" of RS communication.
Turn ON when the writing of the general commands finished.
Before turning OFF, make sure the [Command processing request 2] is OFF.
Become the same status as that of the READ/WRITE signal, at the same timing
when the [Command processing response 2] turns ON.
You are able to check whether the product CPU is working properly by using the
normal operation signal. The CPU normal operation turns ON and OFF every second
when the product is working properly.
Indicate the current Measureing Condition No in base 16.
Indicate the decimal point position.
Turn ON when satisfying the setting conditions of the [HH] comparator.
Turn ON when satisfying the setting conditions of the [HI] comparator.
Turn ON when not satisfying the setting conditions of all comparators.
Turn ON when satisfying the setting conditions of the [LO] comparator.
Turn ON when satisfying the setting conditions of the [LL] comparator.
Turn ON during the detecting interval.
Turn ON during the holding interval.
Turn on while accessing the SD card.
Turn ON when the sensor input is exceeding the input range.
Turn ON when the indicated value is lower than -99999 or is exceeding +99999.
Turn ON under the following conditions.
●The sensitivity registering value is exceeding the specified range.
●TEDS Error occurs by "TEDS Auto Cal." or "TEDS Part Cal." .
Turn ON when the RAM error or EEPROM error was occuuored.
Turn ON when any of the above error was occured.
Turn ON when the initialization is finished and the [Error status flag] was OFF. Turn
OFF when the [Error status flag] turns ON.
