General Description
This feature allows a guest room D
stations in DO NOT DISTURB (DND) mode.
Operating Procedure
To set DO NOT DISTURB from guest room D
Step
1
Lift handset or press the SPKR key.
Dial the DND set code.

Hang up.
To cancel DO NOT DISTURB from guest room D
Step

Lift handset or press the SPKR key.
Dial the DND cancel code.

Hang up.

To obtain a printout of stations in DO NOT DISTURB state, refer to the AUDIT REPORTS [A-26] feature
description.
Service Conditions
1.
Setting and cancelling of DO NOT DISTURB is performed by key operations at the guest room D
2.
An incoming call to a station in DO NOT DISTURB mode is routed to a reorder tone connection, a "Do
Not Disturb" announcement, or the Console, depending on the system data.
3.
After the guest has checked out (CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT [C-23]), DO NOT DISTURB information is
automatically cleared.
4.
A station in DO NOT DISTURB mode will be rung for AUTOMATIC WAKE-UP [A-10] service or for
ALERT SERVICE [A-57].
