The CHK IN/CHK OUT key at the Front Desk Terminal is always operational. The Front Desk Terminal
CHK IN/CHK OUT key can be used to unrestrict or restrict the guest's phones prior to Check-In/Out from
the PMS terminals as a temporary CHECK-IN/OUT when the PMS terminals are overloaded.
