Globally Enables or Disables 64-bit capable Devices to be Decoded in Above
4G Address Space (Only if System Supports bot PCI Decoding)
Hot-Plug Support
Globally Enables or Disables Hot-Plug support for the entire System. If system
has Hot-Plug Capable Slots and this option set to Enabled, it provides a Setup
screen for selecting PCI resource padding for Hot-Plug.
