I got a message saying my 12 V battery is very low and needs to be recharged.. It referred me to my owner's manual, but I couldn't find any instructions in it on recharging the battery.
To recharge the 12 V battery in a 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Convertible:
- Always use the jump-start connection point in the engine compartment.
- Only use a battery charger with a maximum charging voltage of 14.8 V.
- Ensure sufficient ventilation during the charging process.
- Avoid fire, open flames, sparks, and smoking.
- Never place metal objects or tools on the battery.
