- Page 4 OVER ANEL NSTALLATION OVER ANEL NSTALLATION 1. With the package laid flat, carefully remove the Cover Panel from the package and insert the two Plastic Glide Tacks into the bottom of the Cover Panel, centered and 2-3” from each end. 2.
- Page 5 OVER ANEL NSTALLATION ONTINUED 5. Using the 3/16” drill bit, drill 12 holes (9 holes for 68” tall cabinets) into the side panel of the cabinet to be covered. NOTE: Do not drill into a shelf or cross member. Measure before drilling so that the hole is 1-2” from the nearest horizontal surface to allow clearance for tools.
- Page 6 OVER ANEL NSTALLATION ONTINUED 6. Raise the Cover Panel into position covering the cabinet side panel and flush with the front edge as in Step 3. 7. Clamp securely in position using at least two non-marring padded clamps. 8. Insert all 12 of the supplied #8 1-3/8” Wood Screws (9 are used on 68” cabinets). Do not over-torque or strip out the screws.
